Green Creek Outfitters is located on the beautiful inland shores of Pamlico County. Our lodging and hunting grounds are located just outside of Oriental, NC. Bordering the Neuse River, our 1500 acre family farm is set up exclusively for still hunting whether it be archery or gun. The property consists of over three miles of waterfront, several beaver ponds, swamp bottoms, oak ridges and pine cut-overs’ as well as several fields.

Green Creek Outfitters believes and practices in responsible hunting and fishing. Our wild life management program has been in effect for over twelve years and applies to all hunters hunting in our trophy area. Eight point bucks or better can be taken in this area as well as does. A number of trophy bucks were taken last season, and we have no doubt this next season will be even better.  Duck hunting is also available from a Currituck Scissor rigg where sea ducks, diver ducks, and a wide variety of puddle ducks such as Wigeons, Teal, and Pintails can be killed.

Our experienced, professional and friendly guides will make your hunting experience successful and enjoyable. Our guide service is made up of highly experienced and knowledgeable hunters and fishermen. Our guides are very familiar with the targeted species and take pride in the success of our guest hunters and fishermen.

The Pamlico Sound and Neuse River offer a wide variety of species for light tackle fishing. After your kill, or between hunting seasons, Green Creek Outfitters also offers fishing trips for inshore species such as Speckled Sea Trout, Striped Bass, Puppy Drum & Flounder. Trophy fishing for 50 lb. plus old drum and 100 lb. plus tarpon can also be caught within a short boat ride from the waterfront lodge located on Greens Creek just inside the Oriental bridge. Whether you would like to fill your cooler, target a trophy fish in the Neuse, or just fish with your children we will cater to your needs.
